Steve began his Hifi life by making his own speakers and amplifiers, having first completed a VACC auto electrician’s course and completing two years industrial electronics at the Gordon Institute of Technology.

Building speakers for sale from home during the daytime, with a little push (threat actually, from the local council), Steve opened a tiny Grovedale shop (about as big as the current office in his Ryrie St. store). Many customers are still using the equipment Steve made for them in 1974!

Steve's philosophy ensures your needs come first. For over 30 years Geelong has been served by Steve and Staff with great value for money Hifi and video equipment.
